Theresa is a highly accomplished finance professional with an extensive background spanning over 45 years, with 28 of those years in the recruitment industry and we’re lucky to say 16 of those years have been with us at Norwest Recruitment.

Throughout her career, Theresa has developed a wealth of expertise in various areas of finance, including orders, exchange rates, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

At Norwest Recruitment, Theresa manages a variety of critical functions such as temp payroll, invoicing accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. She provides exceptional support to candidates, consultants, and clients, including government agencies.

Theresa’s dedication to her profession is unparalleled. What she loves most about her role at Norwest Recruitment is working with the team and learning and keeping up-to-date with new systems. Her contribution to Norwest Recruitment has been remarkable, taking pride in providing excellent service to both our clients and temporary employees.

In her free time, Theresa loves to spend time with her family and friends, curl up with a good book, and tend to her beautiful garden. She’s also an adventurer at heart and can’t wait to hit the road again and explore new places.
