After serving in various roles at Norwest Recruitment for the past 15 years, Nicole Sisinni has excelled in her position as Commercial Manager. Nicole now leads an incredible team of recruitment consultants running high performance sales meetings, mentoring, and providing in-depth sales training, writing and winning contracts and tenders as well as building long-standing relationships with clients.

As a local to South West Sydney, Nicole is also an expert in recruitment solutions for this region, developing a number of commercial relationships. In addition to this, Nicole developed and managed the Local Government supply agreement, where Norwest Recruitment has proudly become the Local Government Recruitment expert. 

When Nicole takes off her Commercial Manager hat, she enjoys spending time with her family and indulging in Mediterranean cuisine. She also dances a mean Zorba.
