Laurie brings with her a wealth of knowledge, with 16 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, including 10 wonderful years with us at Norwest Recruitment!
Over this time, Laurie has literally placed thousands of roles across a multitude of industries. Along the way, she has formed strong relationships with both our clients and our long-term temporary employees.
As our Recruitment Manager across both Permanent and Temporary divisions for Greater Western Sydney, Laurie devotes a large chunk of her time to training, developing and supporting each of our Recruitment Consultants to be the best they can be. Her mission is to be known as one of the industry’s leading recruitment trainers.
In her passion for delivering outstanding service, Laurie has formed a bit of a professional hobby collecting 5-star Google Reviews. When she’s not in work mode, Laurie loves spending her downtime with her young family.
