Base yourself Sydney CBD, Penrith or Upper Blue Mountains (your choice)
Travel: Approx. 20% to NSW & QLD sites
Salary:$120k–$140k + Superannuation

They’ve done well to get this far. Now they need you to take it further.
This is a rare opportunity to join a people-first Healthcare Organisation that’s been maintaining its WHS responsibilities, but without a qualified safety expert at the helm. With strong leadership backing, clear support from the top, and real investment in safety, they’re ready to take things to the next level.

As a WHS Advisor, you’ll bring the expertise, leadership, and hands-on know-how to drive risk and compliance, build capability across care centres, and scale up their systems to become future-ready.

Why this role stands out:
  • Solid WHS foundations already in place – ready for you to refine, elevate and grow
  • Budget and executive support – you won’t be blocked by red tape
  • Strong values-led culture that genuinely cares for people and wellbeing
  • Leadership support that backs safety 100%
  • WFH - 2 days a week
  • Family-friendly and flexible working environment
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Reviewing and enhancing the internal WHS/IMS systems and processes
  • Leading risk assessments and supporting site managers to embed safe practices
  • Delivering engaging, practical WHS training across multiple care centre locations
  • Driving compliance, managing reporting, and supporting audit processes
  • Building trust and capability across a team that’s motivated but needs guidance
  • Acting as a key voice in safety—across teams and up to board level
What we’re looking for:
  • Diploma in WHS (minimum)
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance
  • A passion for building cultures of safety—not just enforcing policy
  • Skilled in simplifying systems, leading improvements, and delivering training
  • Confident communicator who thrives in face-to-face environments
  • Happy to travel across NSW and QLD (around 20% of the role)
Make your mark. Elevate safety. Build something that lasts. Apply now or reach out for a confidential conversation. 0488 810 211| ammi@norwestrecruitment.com.au
