As a WHS Advisor, you’ll bring the expertise, leadership, and hands-on know-how to drive risk and compliance, build capability across care centres, and scale up their systems to become future-ready.
Why this role stands out:
- Solid WHS foundations already in place – ready for you to refine, elevate and grow
- Budget and executive support – you won’t be blocked by red tape
- Strong values-led culture that genuinely cares for people and wellbeing
- Leadership support that backs safety 100%

- Acting as a key voice in safety—across teams and up to board level
- Diploma in WHS (minimum)
- Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance
- A passion for building cultures of safety—not just enforcing policy
- Skilled in simplifying systems, leading improvements, and delivering training
- Confident communicator who thrives in face-to-face environments
- Happy to travel across NSW and QLD (around 20% of the role)
