Web Designer (UX / UI) – Sydney CBD (1 min from Martin Place & St James)
$60,000 – $90,000 + Super | Permanent Full-Time

What You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver engaging, high-quality websites, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate directly with account managers and clients to interpret briefs, understand goals, and turn ideas into beautiful, functional designs.
  • Work on a mix of commercial projects and creative builds, including opportunities to showcase your own passion projects.
  • Ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also aligned with user experience and business needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • Demonstrated experience in a Web or Digital Design role.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Gsuite or Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to confidently explain ideas, take feedback, and work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A portfolio of previous work — we’d love to see professional projects and personal passion pieces.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
