Warranty Claims Officer

• $36.30 p/hour + Super
• Warwick Farm Location
• 3 Month Temp Contract - Immediate start!

We are currently recruiting multiple Warranty Claims Officer roles to join a global organisation located in Warwick Farm for 6-Month temporary position. This role is available for an immediate start, and you will be in a supportive and friendly team.

The Role  

• Receiving and processing claims from Dealers/ Service Agents/ Contractors.
• Answering incoming phone calls regarding warranty and payment queries
• Data entry of the claims
• Following up outstanding claims.
• Liaising with Dealers/ Service Agents/ Contractors to obtain missing details of claims

About You  

• Have extensive experience within similar roles
• SAP or Salesforce experience highly desired
• Have intermediate MS Office 
• Have clear and concise communication skills
• Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
