This hands-on leadership role combines day-to-day operational oversight and assisting with exciting projects including digitisation, AI-driven automation, records governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Role
- Leading daily records and information management operations
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment
- Managing workflows, team KPIs and distribution of work
- Contributing to digitisation and process improvement projects
- Supporting systems including Objective, EzyScan, Civica Authority, and PeopleSoft
- Experience in records and information management
- A passion for streamlining processes and continuous improvement
- Leadership experience (desirable) OR a senior officer looking to take the next step
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, adaptable, and hands-on approach
- Local government experience (highly regarded)
- Relevant qualifications in Records & Information Management (Desirable)
