Wetherill Park | Up to $75,000 + Super | Full-Time | Onsite Parking

An established machinery and manufacturing business is looking for a reliable and proactive Spare Parts Administrator to join their friendly team based in Wetherill Park. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role suited to someone with spare parts, administration, or customer service experience who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations and working closely with others. You’ll be joining a stable organisation that values teamwork, support, and long-term relationships.

With a strong focus on customer care, spare parts availability, and preventative maintenance, the organisation plays a critical role in keeping customer operations running smoothly.

About the Role

Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, the Spare Parts Administrator is responsible for coordinating the sourcing, quoting, and distribution of spare parts to customers. This role sits within the Customer Care function and is a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quoting, processing, and fulfilling spare parts orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Following up outstanding customer quotes
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries and resolving issues as they arise
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and customer records across internal systems
  • Supporting stock replenishment and availability where required
  • Collaborating closely with sales, technical, warehouse, and finance teams
  • Assisting with sales reporting and general administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in a spare parts, customer service, or administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
  • A proactive, reliable, and transparent work style
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Highly regarded:

  • Experience using inventory management or CRM systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and spreadsheet software
  • Background in automotive parts, machinery, or industrial sectors
