Site Supervisor | Full-time | $110K - $130K + Super + Car + Phone + Laptop

A well established construction company based in the Hills is seeking a highly organised individual with strong trade knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Join their growing team as a capable and driven Supervisor and play a key role in delivering
essential upgrades and maintenance to their government clients across Sydney.

About the Role
As a Site supervisor you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of multiple planned projects across a portfolio of educational facilities.
You will be trusted to coordinate trades, manage schedules, liaise with clients, and ensure projects run smoothly and to a high standard.
You will typically be managing 10 -12 live jobs, performing targeted site inspections at critical stages and ensuring a high level of WHS.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to a structured individual with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and deliver multiple projects concurrently, from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule trades using internal job management systems
  • Conduct targeted site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance
  • Liaise with clients and government bodies
  • Manage quality, timelines, and budget performance
  • Problem solve with a solutions focused mindset when changes occur
About You
  • Site supervision experience in construction or building maintenance
  • Trade background highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills with professional presentation
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working both on-site and behind the scenes
  • Ability to build strong relationships with trades and clients
  • Ability to think on your toes and problem solve reactively
  • Strong WHS knowledge and confident enforcing compliance onsite
