The Role
- Scheduling technicians for urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance
- Responding to emergency repairs and spare part requests
- Processing the job through Simpro
- Speaking with customers to provide solutions and timeframes
- Following up technicians to ensure they are running on time and manage their schedule throughout the day.
- Preparing invoicing including allocation of spare parts and hours in line with customer agreements.
- Previous experience in Service Coordination required
- Experience within Commercial HVAC industry is essential
- Experience with Simpro is required for this role
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised and attention to detail
