This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced HSEQ professional who knows the building and construction environment inside and out and wants to grow with a business that has been around for four decades and genuinely values its people.
Safety here isn’t reactive or box-ticking, it’s embedded in how the business operates, led from the top and championed daily by a highly respected, long-standing HSEQ Manager who sets the standard.

- Deliver clear, confident safety communication and education across the business
- Support WHSEQ requirements for tenders and live projects
- Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion training, systems and safety culture across the organisation

- Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
- Strong communicator, confident dealing with site teams through to senior leadership
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset (not clipboard-only safety)
- High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Current White Card and Driver’s Licence
- Someone who genuinely cares about safety, people and doing things properly
