- Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants through various channels
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (new and existing)
- Generate new business through strategic and targeted business development activities
- Nurture candidate relationships and ensure quality service is provided at every interaction
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients
We are looking for applicants that possess the following skills:
- Either specific recruitment experience or exposure to sales, accounting/finance, or HR fields.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, thrive on building relationships and achieving goals
- Have the ability to work in a process and target driven environment
- Exhibit exceptional client management skills and the capability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
