An established global business with a strong national presence is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to take ownership of its quality management systems, ISO accreditation and compliance frameworks across its operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has strong quality and auditing expereince and is looking for an opportunity to have genuine ownership, influence and autonomy — without the pressure of managing a large team.

About The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager of HR, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organisation's ISO quality management framework, conducting national audits and ensuring the business remains compliant with relevant Australian standards and legislation.
The role spans both company-operated retail/service sites and corporate operations, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse national network.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and maintain the organisation's ISO Quality Management System
  • Plan and conduct internal quality and compliance audits across sites nationally
  • Undertake regular site inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain audit documentation, corrective actions and compliance records
  • Lead root-cause analysis and ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented
  • Work with site and operational leaders to embed practical quality and compliance processes
  • Develop and maintain document control, policies, procedures and version-control frameworks
  • Ensure local documentation is aligned with international standards and global requirements
  • Prepare regular quality and compliance reporting for senior leadership and international stakeholders
  • Support the ongoing development of WHS systems, processes and documentation
  • Develop and deliver staff training through the internal online training platform
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required
  • Lead and drive the head office WH&S committee

You will ideally bring:
  • 5–7+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience conducting internal audits and managing accreditation
  • Strong understanding of Australian compliance and WHS requirements
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures and document control systems
  • The ability to translate standards and compliance requirements into practical processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to influence people at all levels, including operational and site-based teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
  • A current Australian driver's licence
