Project Administrator

Full Time Monday - Friday | Onsite Secure Parking | Close Knit Team | $80,000- $90,000 + Superannuation | Baulkham Hills

We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Project Administrator to join a welcoming and close knit Project Management team who work in the commercial retail sector, have years of experience working together and are looking for their next long-term employee.

This will be a support role to both Project Managers, and they are needing someone with experience in being able to handle the administrative side of the projects they will be running.

Your day to day will include:

• Preparing & issuing tender documentation and contracts to contractors/consultants
• Preparing claims/invoices from contractors and consultants
• Create and submit documentation for NSW planning portal for DA’s, OC’s, and other council requirements
• Assisting with word document processing and updating data on Excel for monthly project reports
• Managing the Project Director’s dairy and schedule appointments
• General administrative and housekeeping tasks around the office

What we are looking for:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and someone who is able to multitask projects at different stages 
• A mathematical mind being able to complete progress reports and expenses
• A great communicator both written and verbal and willing to go above and beyond with supporting the team 
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets, word documents and Adobe for PDF’s
• Someone who is warm, bubbly and inviting
