You Will:
- Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services via phone, email, chat & social media formats
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for a range of products
- Update customer database with call records
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Interest in tech and developing product knowledge
- Demonstrated customer service expertise
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Technical aptitude, problem solving and trouble-shooting ability
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
