We're partnering with a growing business looking for a confident and driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a genuine business development role where your success is in your hands. You'll be trusted to build new relationships, create opportunities and make an impact from day one.

What you'll be doing
- Proactively making outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Managing your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to follow-up.
- Working towards achievable sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Representing the business professionally and confidently in every interaction.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development or appointment setting.
- A confident and engaging communication style.
- Resilience, motivation and a genuine drive to achieve results.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
- A positive attitude and a team-first approach.
- $70,000 + Super.
- Uncapped commission with genuine earning potential.
