We’re excited to be partnering again with one of our beautiful long-term clients, a tight-knit and supportive Project Management team in the industrial commercial sector, to find their next administration superstar. You’ll work with the team of three some days and independently on others, so you should be comfortable with both. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps the admin function running smoothly. Supporting two experienced Project Managers, you’ll be given the training, time, and trust to really make this role your own.
What you’ll be doing:
- General office admin and support across active projects
- Formatting and preparing documents in Word
- Updating and managing spreadsheets in Excel
- Managing the Project Manager and Directors' calendar
- Assisting with invoices, claims, and tracking expenses
- Handling day-to-day office tasks and keeping everything running smoothly
- Strong track record in providing exceptional administrative support
- Someone organised , detail-oriented, and can multitask at different stages of their projects
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Good experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PDFs
- A helpful, team-oriented attitude, you enjoy supporting others
