The Role Based in our Wyong office, you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of three administrators, supporting our Client Service Managers, Operations Manager, and the wider arborist team. You’ll get to own your role, manage your day with autonomy, and provide support where it’s needed most.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering and maintaining PPE equipment stock
- Uploading and assigning jobs from online portals to Client Managers
- General office administration, filing, and correspondence
- Receiving deliveries and assisting with walk-in enquiries
- Keeping the office neat, tidy, and running efficiently
- Scheduling meetings, events, and team activities
- Supporting other administrators with their designated tasks
- Acting as the go-to person for daily office operations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Great communication skills with a team-focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (and confident to learn new systems)
