A rare opportunity has become available for a commercially astute and relationship-driven sales professional to lead the growth of a premium automotive brand into the car dealership and fleet channels nationally.
This is a newly created, high-impact role focused on building long-term partnerships with OEMs, national dealer groups, and fleet organisations. If you have strong automotive industry experience and enjoy developing programs at a strategic level — this is a genuine greenfield opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a national dealer and fleet sales strategy
- Building senior relationships with car manufacturers, dealer principals, and national dealer groups
- Designing and implementing structured tyre programs and supply agreements
- Negotiating commercial terms and securing long-term contracts
- Identifying and converting fleet management and corporate fleet opportunities
- Working closely with regional sales teams to ensure successful rollout and execution
About You
You will ideally bring:
- 5+ years’ experience within the
automotive aftermarket, tyre, OEM or dealer network environment
- Proven experience working with dealer groups, OEM programs, or fleet contracts
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- The ability to influence stakeholders at executive and dealership level
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute on the ground
- High levels of autonomy, drive, and resilience
