National Dealer & Fleet Sales Manager

Automotive Aftermarket | Premium Brand | National Scope

A rare opportunity has become available for a commercially astute and relationship-driven sales professional to lead the growth of a premium automotive brand into the car dealership and fleet channels nationally.

This is a newly created, high-impact role focused on building long-term partnerships with OEMs, national dealer groups, and fleet organisations. If you have strong automotive industry experience and enjoy developing programs at a strategic level — this is a genuine greenfield opportunity.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a national dealer and fleet sales strategy

  • Building senior relationships with car manufacturers, dealer principals, and national dealer groups

  • Designing and implementing structured tyre programs and supply agreements

  • Negotiating commercial terms and securing long-term contracts

  • Identifying and converting fleet management and corporate fleet opportunities

  • Working closely with regional sales teams to ensure successful rollout and execution

This is a national role with regular interstate travel and high visibility across the business.

About You

You will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience within the automotive aftermarket, tyre, OEM or dealer network environment

  • Proven experience working with dealer groups, OEM programs, or fleet contracts

  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen

  • The ability to influence stakeholders at executive and dealership level

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute on the ground

  • High levels of autonomy, drive, and resilience

Existing relationships within dealership networks or fleet organisations will be highly regarded.
