Our client, a high-growth property group with a strong project pipeline, is seeking a proactive individual to take ownership of CRM systems, coordinate marketing campaigns, and support sales operations.
This newly created role blends sales administration with marketing coordination, making you a central force in driving operations forward. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on systems, processes, and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the CRM(currently using Hubspot) — ensuring data accuracy, adoption, and insightful reporting for leadership.
- Coordinate and manage marketing activity
— driving property campaigns, launches, social media content, and schedules, while working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver on time and at scale.
- Drive campaign performance
— consolidating sales feedback into actionable briefs, tracking KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI), and maintaining a central calendar to optimise activity.
- Support the sales team
— managing contracts, compliance, purchaser administration, and liaising with banks, solicitors, agencies, and clients to keep deals moving.
- Build and refine systems and processes that make operations smooth and free up the sales team to focus on selling.
About You
- Strong CRM experience across marketing and sales flows
- Background in marketing coordination and/or sales operations
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Social media experience across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
- A buoyant, energetic personality who thrives in fast-moving teams.
- Property or real estate background is a plus but not essential.
