Internal Sales / Customer Service
Windsor | Full Time | 8am – 4pm
$75,000 + Superannuation

What you’ll do:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Prepare quotes and provide pricing guidance

Liaise with production, dispatch, and sales teams to manage orders and ETAs

Support small tenders and ongoing projects

Keep accurate records in internal systems
What we’re looking for:
-
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
-
Initiative – ask the right questions and follow up
-
Experience in construction, plumbing, or similar industries preferred
-
Positive attitude, reliability, and accuracy
-
Comfortable learning a new product range (full training provided)
