We’re looking for someone sharp, organised, and proactive to own internal sales and customer operations for a global business specialising in ergonomic and commercial tech solutions.
Based in Macquarie Park (right next to the Metro), you will thrive in a role where no two days are the same, wearing multiple hats across sales, logistics, and project support.

What You’ll Do:
• Own end-to-end order processing for ecommerce, account clients, and projects
• Provide quotes for products and freight (local & international)
• Manage ETAs, updates, and customer communications
• Coordinate domestic and international freight, couriers, and deliveries
• Handle technical product questions, returns, and RMA coordination
• Update CRM, customer files, and support internal teams on projects
• Assist with tenders and high-value client work
Basically, if it touches customer experience, sales, or delivery, it’s yours.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who is more than just a phone operator.
• Experienced in internal sales/customer service or sales support
• Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable owning complex tasks and following them through
• Curious, proactive, and confident in asking questions
• Able to learn technical products and processes quickly
