Internal Sales Coordinator

About the Role

This is an Internal Sales Coordinator position, supporting a busy internal sales team by managing customer enquiries and taking care of the day-to-day admin that keeps everything running smoothly.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone calls and emails, processing quotes and purchase orders, and ensuring enquiries are followed through within agreed service levels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, ownership and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer enquiries

  • Handling inbound phone calls

  • Preparing quotes and processing purchase orders

  • Providing ETAs and following up enquiries

  • Accurate order entry and documentation

  • Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service

 

About You

Experience in internal sales, spare parts, wholesale products or inventory-based environments will be highly regarded.
