Human Resources Manager | Seven Hills | $150K + Super (Negotiable) |  Permanent Full-Time | Report to Managing Director

A global leader in precision cooling and energy-efficient solutions protecting critical infrastructure across Oceania is seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to join their growing team. With global operations and a varied blue and white collar workforce, this is a pivotal standalone role designed to lead people initiatives, support business growth, and shape a meaningful employee experience.

Step into a full-time   position in a growing company that truly values HR. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll take full ownership of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to leadership development—while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business.
As a standalone HR professional, you will be contributing both strategically and operationally to HR practices to support business growth. 

Key Responsabilities:

• Ownership of the full employee lifecycle
• Coach and support new and developing leaders in people management
• Drive strategic recruitment and retention initiatives, especially for service technicians
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent development
• Maintain and optimise HRM system and HR reporting
• Manage WHS, return to work, and compliance (supported by an Administrator)
• Provide generalist advice across HR policies, legislation, and ER matters
• Oversee performance management, policy development, and employee engagement
• Contribute to career development frameworks and succession planning initiatives
• Ensure admin, reporting, and data accuracy is maintained to a high standard

About You

You are an approachable and commercially minded HR all-rounder with the confidence to operate autonomously while partnering closely with senior leaders. You thrive on improving systems and culture, fronting Learning and Development initiatives and are just as comfortable advising at the boardroom table as you are walking the floor with service staff.

Key strengths include:

• Proven HR experience in a standalone or leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, awards, and compliance
• Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Confident managing up and advising on business risk
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and responsive
• A genuine focus on employee wellbeing, engagement, and leadership development
• Experience working in a product and services business is ideal
