About the Role As the HR Coordinator you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, training, and employee relations.
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly and the team feels supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare contracts, compliance documents, and maintain HR records.
- Support managers with HR queries, Award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance.
- Assist in payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee data.
- Manage HR systems and coordinate training and compliance requirements.
- Provide general HR administrative and project support.
- 3 + experience in HR coordination is advantageous
- Solid knowledge of Fair Work Act and Award interpretation
- Strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech saavy to navigate through systems
