We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced HR team supporting operations across NSW. This is a hands-on, strategic role with real impact—driving workforce planning, supporting business leaders, and helping shape a culture of accountability, safety, and development.

About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll:
- Partner with leaders across multiple Sydney based sites
- Present insights and drive decisions at periodic sector meetings
- Lead initiatives in workforce planning, succession, and employee engagement
- Manage end-to-end HR delivery with support from centres of excellence
- Influence decisions from shop floor to boardroom
What We’re Looking For We need someone who thrives under pressure and brings a balance of strategic thinking and operational speed. You’ll be:
- Resilient, confident and knowledgeable in areas of compliance
- Proactive and accountable—you raise issues early and follow through
- Experienced with white and blue-collar environments
- Strategic, curious, and outcome-focused
- Experienced in HR within complex or fast-paced environments
- Experience in a similar role and comfortable working closely with stakeholders
