Human Resources Business Partner

$120K + Super | Western Sydney |Onsite Parking

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large operational site supporting a blue-collar workforce. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with site leaders to drive people initiatives, support operations, and strengthen leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders across production, warehousing, QA, and logistics
• Coach and support managers on people leadership and performance matters
• Manage employee relations issues including investigations and disciplinary processes
• Provide advice on awards, policies, and employment legislation
• Support recruitment for operational roles
• Maintain HR systems and reporting accuracy
• Mentor and support junior HR team members
• Build strong relationships across the site through regular floor presence

About You

• Previous HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
• Background within manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or operational environments
• Strong ER and stakeholder management capability
• Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to influence leaders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
