An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large operational site supporting a blue-collar workforce. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with site leaders to drive people initiatives, support operations, and strengthen leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders across production, warehousing, QA, and logistics
- Coach and support managers on people leadership and performance matters
- Manage employee relations issues including investigations and disciplinary processes
- Provide advice on awards, policies, and employment legislation
- Support recruitment for operational roles
- Maintain HR systems and reporting accuracy
- Mentor and support junior HR team members
- Build strong relationships across the site through regular floor presence
- Previous HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Background within manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or operational environments
- Strong ER and stakeholder management capability
- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to influence leaders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
