Western Sydney | Hybrid Role | Lead a Major HRIS Project | 12 Month Contract
Are you a technically minded HR professional with strong SAP experience? Keen to make an impact on a high-profile systems transformation project?
We’re working with a large, global business undergoing a major HRIS implementation across the Asia Pacific region. As their HRIS Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering this change, working closely with both local HR and global project teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the implementation of SAP (success factors/Employee Central)
- Testing system functionality and resolving issues alongside global developers
- Cleansing, mapping, and migrating HR data
- Creating user guides and improving internal processes
- Attending daily project meetings with international teams
- Liaising with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout
- Hands-on experience implementing a HRIS preferably SAP Success Factors
- Background in HR or strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Logical, analytical thinker with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing shifting priorities
- 12-month contract with full-time hours
- Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home)
