HR Business Partner
- Immediate Start - $55-$60 p/hour + Super
- Short Term Contract – 6 weeks
- Northwest Location - Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with local government experience to complete a 6-week contract with our client based in Northwest Sydney. You must be available to start immediately.
The Role
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, including coaching and advice to hiring managers
- Manage recruitment system and liaising with candidates
- Provide support and assistance with ER matters
- Oversee and support governance, policy application and award provisions
- Coordinate annual performance planning and reviews
About You
- Previous experience in Local Government
- Knowledge of and experience interpreting and applying the Local Government (NSW) State Award 2023
- Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar client groups
- Experience using Technology One system
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and provide advice in relation to recruitment processes
