6-Month Contract | Immediate Start | $50 - $60p/h | Arndell Park
We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor for a 6-month contract to provide hands-on HR coordination and advisory support across day-to-day people operations. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, this role supports employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for P&C queries, providing practical advice and support
- Prepare HR documentation including letters, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, screening, and interviews
- Support onboarding, learning & development, and performance review processes
- Assist with employee relations matters, escalating where required
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and data accuracy
- Assist with compliance, policy updates, and HR reporting
- Support DEI initiatives and engagement activities
- 2–4 years’ experience in an HR Advisor, P&C, or HR Coordination role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation (Fair Work Act, NES)
- Highly organised with strong administration and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- HRIS experience
- Experience in engineering, construction, or technical environments (desirable)
