What You’ll Be Doing:

• Turn hire quotes into live bookings and oversee the full hire lifecycle
• Liaise with internal teams, logistics, Sales and customers to deliver on time
• Coordinate off-hires, returns, and equipment movements
• Handle 80+ transactions a day during peak – it’s fast-paced and fun!
• Keep hire system data clean and accurate

• A person who LOVES a challenge – if you’re someone who stays cool under pressure and finds solutions on the fly, you’ll fit right in!
• Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effortlessly
• Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, sales, and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail – every hire matters, and accuracy is key
• Previous experience in a fast-paced admin or logistics role is a bonus
