What You’ll Be Doing:
- Turn hire quotes into live bookings and oversee the full hire lifecycle
- Liaise with internal teams, logistics, Sales and customers to deliver on time
- Coordinate off-hires, returns, and equipment movements
- Handle 80+ transactions a day during peak – it’s fast-paced and fun!
- Keep hire system data clean and accurate

- Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effortlessly
- Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, sales, and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail – every hire matters, and accuracy is key
- Previous experience in a fast-paced admin or logistics role is a bonus
