About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you coordinating facilities management, managing the company’s vehicle fleet, and supporting safety and compliance initiatives. No two days will look the same as you will be the go-to person who keeps people, systems and processes moving.
What you will be doing

Coordinating facilities maintenance and repairs across multiple sites

Managing the vehicle fleet including leases, registrations and servicing schedules

Supporting workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives

Building strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers

Tracking budgets and helping drive efficiency improvements

Providing reporting and administrative support to keep leadership informed
