Facilities Coordinator
- Temporary Contract – View to Permanency
- Eastern Creek Location - Onsite Parking
- $35 - $40 per hour + Super
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a well known global business based in Eastern Creek.
This role is available to start immediately on a contract basis, with a view to permanent employment for the right candidate.
The Role
- Facilities Management: Manage and co-ordinate all facilities related maintenance and repairs
- Supplier & Contractor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with external vendors; manage contractor inductions and ensure compliance with insurance and safety documentation.
- Fleet Procurement & Management: Acquire vehicles cost-effectively, oversee leases and servicing, process tolls/infringements, and support vehicle custodians.
- Fleet Compliance & Reporting: Monitor lease schedules, analyze cost savings, and ensure accurate claim and repair processes.
- Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE): Support the Safety & Compliance team in implementing ANZ-wide strategies and responding to incidents, hazards, and departmental safety concerns.
- Audit & Risk Assessment: Contribute to workplace audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews in line with WHSE objectives.

- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail
