The Role
This position plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, security, and visibility across client systems. You’ll be responsible for managing workflows, handling updates, and monitoring activity to ensure everything runs smoothly for the operations team and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):
- Creating and modifying security workflows for clients and customers
- Authorising system updates and workflow changes
- Maintaining full visibility of backend updates via email communications
- Updating and managing client details accurately
- Handling inbound queries via a shared mailbox
- Reporting on overnight alarms and system alerts
- Supporting workflow changes and process improvements
About You
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable working with systems, workflows, and structured processes
- Confident managing email-based communication and inbox queries
- Able to prioritise tasks and follow procedures in a security-focused environment
- Previous experience in data entry, admin, operations, or tech-enabled roles is highly regarded
