Role Overview
As a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, you will be responsible for managing orders, tracking deliveries, and providing exceptional service across multiple channels. You will liaise with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play an integral role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the daily flow of business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone and email
  • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
  • Maintain up-to-date records in ERP and CRM systems
  • Assist with reporting, product information, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service and improve efficiency

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a confident, capable customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing or logistics-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Two to three years of customer service, order management, or logistics coordination experience
  • Exposure to ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Pronto, or similar
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and the ability to work within set timeframes
