Customer Service Representative 

Salary: $58,000 + Super
Location: Homebush West Surrounds
Hours: 38 hours/week (Rostered between 7 AM – 6 PM)

Are you ready to join a thriving, industry-leading company? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, supportive Call centre team in the Homebush West surrounds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Order entry and processing
• Handling customer calls & inquiries
• Managing order delivery ETAs
• Assisting both new & existing customers
• Processing returns and credit invoices.
