Customer Service Officer

• Temporary Role - 6 Month contract, potential view to permanency
• Immediate start - $37 per hour + Super 
• Seven Hills Location

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a medical company located in Seven Hills. This role is available for an immediate start, and you must be able to commit to the length of the assignment. 

You duties will be but not limited to;

• Answer phone and email enquiries
• Processing customer orders
• Stock availability
• Customer account related correspondence - Stock Availability, ETA's
• Database maintenance and data entry

You will;

• Have extensive experience within a similar role
• Experience within the medical field
• Experience with processing payments
• Have intermediate MS Office
• Have clear and concise communication skills
• Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
