- $36 per hour + Super
We are looking for Customer Service professional to complete a 12-Month maternity leave contract for a well known business based in Seven Hills. This role is available to start immediately, and you must be able to commit to the full length of the contract.
- Order Processing customer orders
- Ensuring all transactions are processed with accuracy into the system
- Answering customer queries on stock availability, ETA's
- Provide support to internal & external customers
- Assist Customer Service Manager as required
- Strong data entry and order processing experience
- The ability to multitask working in a fast passed environment
- Strong attention to detail when entering in transactions
- Someone with the ability to identify and resolve problems
- Someone who is Punctual and reliable
