The Role
- Answer phone and email enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Stock availability
- Customer account related correspondence - Stock Availability, ETA's
- Database maintenance and data entry
- Have extensive experience within a similar role
- Experience within the medical field
- Experience with processing payments
- Have intermediate MS Office
- Have clear and concise communication skills
- Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
