We’re partnering with a well-established Australian business within the food manufacturing sector to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative.
This role sits within a busy, high-performing customer service team and is focused on delivering a consistently positive customer experience across a diverse customer base. You’ll manage customer orders, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure service expectations and business outcomes are met.
Key Responsibilities: 
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Accurate order entry and management of call lists, cases, and incoming calls
• Process pricing and credit requests in line with service KPIs
• Log, action, follow up, and close customer complaints and OFIs within required timeframes
• Complete new account setups across internal systems
• Proactively communicate customer requirements and constraints to internal teams
• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure customer expectations are managed
• Partner closely with warehousing, planning, sales, credit, and quality teams
• Participate in call coaching to continuously improve customer experience
• Model safe working practices and complete required training modules
About you:
• Previous experience in a customer service, order processing, or similar role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling customer issues
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to take initiative
• Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP and/or Salesforce highly regarded)
