Customer Service Officer

• Temporary Role - 6 Month contract, potential view to permanency
• Immediate start - $37 per hour + Super 
• Seven Hills Location

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a Medical Business based in Seven Hills. This role is available for an immediate start, and you must be able to commit to the length of the contract. 

The Role

• Answer phone and email enquiries
• Processing customer orders
• Customer account related correspondence - Stock Availability, ETA's, Enquiries
• Work with excel spreadsheets - VLookups, Pivot Tables
• Database maintenance and data entry

About You 

• Have experience in Customer Service and Order Processing
• Experience with Excel - Pivot Tables, VLookups
• Have intermediate MS Office
• Have clear and concise communication skills
• Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
