What You Will Be Doing
• Taking inbound and outbound calls and guiding customers with clarity and care
• Staying calm and supportive during emotionally charged or stressful moments
• Entering accurate information into CRM systems to ensure smooth follow up
• Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate next steps
• Following established processes while still maintaining warmth and connection
• Contributing to a rotating roster within a 24 hour operational team environment

• Strong customer service or call centre experience
• A calm, mature and steady communication style
• Emotionally resilient and comfortable supporting customers through sensitive situations
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple screens
• Reliable, team oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service
• Flexible with working across a rotating roster
