Accounts Receivable Officer

Blacktown & Surrounding Suburbs | Full-Time Permanent

We’re partnering with a well-established, global franchise brand that is recognised for its high-quality products and reliability as a supplier to customers worldwide. With operations across the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, this organisation continues to grow its Australian presence and is now seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their financing division.

This is a hands-on AR role where you’ll work closely with franchisees in the field, supporting the end-to-end receivables and contract process in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About the Role

Reporting into the finance team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Daily posting and balancing of payments from bank statements
• Processing new contracts and identifying/rejecting inaccurate or incomplete contracts
• Monthly review and follow-up of unallocated payments
• Managing and responding to the AR inbox
• Handling inbound calls from customers and franchisees in the field
• Providing clear, timely communication around payments and account queries

This role is primarily office-based, offering structure, stability and strong team support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and credit control
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, driven and motivated approach to your work
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset – you’re a true team player
• Prior experience in financial services AR(highly regarded but not essential)

The Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• Standard hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm(some flexibility may be required)
• Based in Blacktown and surrounding suburbs
