Client Services & Administration | Wealth Management

Location: Norwest (2-minute walk from the station, parking nearby)
Salary:$80–90k + Super depending on experience | Full-time, permanent | 9 am – 5 pm

The Company With over 30 years in the wealth management industry, this boutique firm partners closely with a select group of high net worth individuals and families—some relationships now spanning four generations. Led by a Managing Director who has been at the helm for over two decades, the company has built its reputation on trust, discretion and exceptional client service. You’ll join a close-knit team where genuine relationships—both within the team and with clients—are central to everything they do.

The Role This is more than just an administrative position—it’s a highly client-focused role where you’ll collaborate closely with advisors to deliver tailored solutions for clients’ evolving needs. You’ll become a trusted point of contact, helping clients with financial products and strategies to day to day problems.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing outstanding day-to-day service to high net worth clients and their families
  • Supporting advisors to implement investment and wealth strategies
  • Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling client queries, problem-solving, and proactively following up
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
About You
  • Strong relationship management and customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven administration experience, ideally from banking, mortgage broking, or financial advisory environments
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys problem solving
  • Comfortable working with systems (training on Intelliflow provided)
  • RG146 qualification is desirable but not essential
