Warranty Claims Officer

• Global Organisation in Warwick Farm
• $37.30 per hour + super
• Full time temporary opportunity - 6 Month with possible extension or permanency 

Our client, a leading global organisation based in Warwick Farm, is seeking a Warranty Claims Officer to join their busy customer service team.

This role will see you manage a high volume of warranty and service enquiries while supporting customers throughout the claims process. You will work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include:

• Managing high volume inbound calls regarding warranty and service enquiries
• Responding to customers via phone, email and web channels
• Processing warranty claims and service requests accurately and efficiently
• Reviewing claim information and ensuring all required details are provided
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate claims information
• Handling customer complaints and difficult interactions professionally
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty enquiries
• Working towards KPIs including customer satisfaction and first call resolution
• Completing general administration and data entry as required

The successful candidate:

• Has previous experience in warranty claims, call centre or high volume customer service
• Has a customer service or hospitality background, which will be highly regarded
• Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can confidently manage complaints and challenging customer interactions
• Has excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Can work under pressure while remaining calm and professional
• Is confident, friendly, switched on and genuinely passionate about customer service
• Is available to work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
