What’s the job?
As Branch Sales Manager, you’ll:

• Own and lead the VIC branch – manage 4-5 staff, drive activity, lift revenue
• Be on the road – visiting customers, chasing deals, growing territory
• Work with a strong dealer network, councils, FM providers, warehouses, aged care, hospitals, and more
• Reactivate and drive sales incentives
• Work with a hands-on Director who supports and mentors 

About you:
You’re a hunter and a leader. You thrive on getting results..

• Experience selling capital equipment, cleaning machinery, or industrial products
• Strong in the field – you're energised by being face-to-face with clients
• Proven experience leading a branch, territory or state team
• A proactive, energetic mindset – you take ownership and go after results
• Natural leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with councils, tenders or vendor panels
