Key Responsibilities
- Conducting debt collection and proactively reducing aged debt
- Processing payment allocations accurately and in a timely manner
- Creating new customer accounts and maintaining customer database integrity
- Uploading bank files and reconciling payments
- Performing credit checks and assessing customer credit worthiness
- Releasing customer orders in line with credit policies
- Managing and updating customer files with required documentation
About You
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in the construction or building supplies sector is advantageous but not essential
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach
