The Responsibilities
In this key role, you’ll manage a portfolio of long-term clients and ensure the smooth flow of cash through the business. Your day will include:
- Managing the full Accounts Receivable function
- Conducting collections calls and following up on outstanding debts
- Completing allocations and reconciliations accurately
- Processing end-of-month (EOM) statements and reports
- Opening new customer accounts and maintaining client records
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers — from site managers to procurement teams
