Accounts Receivable Officer
Location: Norwest Business Park | Parking: Onsite | Salary: Up to $80,000 + Super

The Responsibilities
In this key role, you’ll manage a portfolio of long-term clients and ensure the smooth flow of cash through the business. Your day will include:

• Managing the full Accounts Receivable function
• Conducting collections calls and following up on outstanding debts
• Completing allocations and reconciliations accurately
• Processing end-of-month (EOM) statements and reports
• Opening new customer accounts and maintaining client records
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers — from site managers to procurement teams
